ON-SITE CALL VISIT
For complex issues requiring in-person intervention, a consultant will visit your location. Each call visit is equivalent to a full working day, focusing on diagnosing and resolving the reported problem. Additional work may be required offsite, depending on the complexity of the issue.
CHANGE & ADDITION REQUESTS
